DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) today announced the debut of its top-rated mobile sportsbook, DraftKings Online Sportsbook, in Wyoming, making it the 13th state to offer it. Customers in Wyoming who are at least 18 years old can now use DraftKings' mobile sportsbook app to bet on numerous markets across professional and collegiate sports starting today.

To commemorate the occasion, DraftKings Sportsbook is providing all Wyoming clients two Double Your Money chances, one on the Colorado Rockies hitting a hit and the other on the University of Wyoming Cowboys scoring a point in their home opener on September 4. DraftKings is also offering an earth-themed free-to-play Pool open to all Wyoming customers as part of the company's commitment to environmental causes and in conjunction with the Arbor Day Foundation. By Earth Day 2022, DraftKings has pledged to support the planting of one million trees, and each entry in the pool amounts to one tree planted in this endeavour.

Wyoming joins Colorado as the second state in the Western United States to launch DraftKings Online Sportsbook this year, following launches in Virginia and Michigan in January. Wyoming follows Virginia as the second state this year to authorize direct mobile licensing, allowing mobile operators like DraftKings, which produce the majority of sports betting income, to be licensed without being tied to a land-based casino or other brick-and-mortar location. The DraftKings Online Sportsbook has arrived in Wyoming, nine years after the business first debuted its popular daily fantasy product there. Following a successful season with the Buffalo Bills, former University of Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen was named DraftKings' Fantasy Football Player of the Year at the NFL Honors award event last season.
